Having my morning coffee this morning scrolling through Zoopla as all us property maniacs do every morning this one really caught my eye, now Bar Hill is a little bit further out of the centre of Cambridge and therefore value for money is apparent. This would rent out for £1200 leaving a comfortable average yield of 4.9%. Apparently prices are rising and deals are becoming harder to find?
